- No events, group gatherings or parties. This is now a formalized policy within Airbnb and is strictly prohibited.
- NO SMOKING on property. Minimum $300 fee.
- No glass on deck
-Wash sand off feet before entering. Please do not wash your feet off in the showers
- No unauthorized guests or pets
- Quiet time in Mission Beach is 10pm
- ONLY the number guests listed in the reservation are permitted to be on the property unless host is notified and approves additional guests in advance
- VOMIT or STOOL on the property is considered a biohazard cleaning. You will be charged a minimum of $300 fee if vomit or stool is found
HOT TUB RULES:
-BROKEN GLASS IN HOT TUB IS $1000 FINE
-NO FOOD, DRINKS OR SMOKING IN TUB
-SHOWER BEFORE AND AFTER ENTERING
-NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 WITHOUT SUPERVISION
-DO NOT USE IF UNDER INFULENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL
-NO GLASS IN OR AROUND HOT TUB
-NO PETS ALLOWED
-DO NOT EXCEED MAX # OF PERSONS (6 PPL)
-MAXIMUM SAFE SPA TEMERATURE IS 102° OR LESS
-NOTIFY MANAGEMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT FAILURE OR WATER PROBLEMS
-RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, SPA COVER OR SPA
SURFACES.
-DO NOT USE SOAPS OR OILS IN HOT TUB
-DO NOT USE IF WATER LOOKS POOR, SMELLS BAD OR WITHOUT PUMP

-MUST ADD WATER IF LEVEL DROPS BELOW INDICATOR ON SKIMMER
-PLEASE REPLACE SPA COVER AND LATCH COVER CLIPS AFTER USE
